Castle Royale allows 3rd party projects to hold their own Rumble games under the title of Sponsored Games. One of the features of creating a Sponsored Game is the ability to select a Creators Fee which is deducted from the total of entry fees once a Rumble has completed. Creators fees can have various uses for project leaders and a few examples are displayed below:
Raffles:
If the creators fee is set to maximum then the Rumble game will be listed a s a Raffle. All entry fees will then be collected by the games creator and they will be required to offer a prize of either added ROY, a 3rd party token, or an NFT prize.
Passive Income:
Creaors Fee's can also be used to generate a passive income for 3rd party projects. As an example this could be used for community driven projects that look toward ways of generating small incomes that is used to help grow their community. Creators fees can be withdrawn from the site and then maybe used to pay for gas fees, buy NFT's or other Tokens, distributed back to your community, or simply anything you desire!
If a Rumble includes a Creators Fee then this will displayed in the games Lobby.
As a general rule, passive incomes should not be set to more than 10% of the entry fees. Anything higher than this may result in players deciding not to enter your rumble. If for any reason your Creators Fee is set to higher than 10% then its probably a good idea to describe why in the Rumbles Description.
Please Note: Crators fees are available to help 3rd party projects and is not there to generate personal incomes. Therefore any Sponsors found abusing the system will be removed from the Creators programme.
